Value for Money
During an average hour of in-person PT, I will usually end up watching eight to ten heavy work sets. With online coaching, I can easily watch fifteen work sets three times per week every single month – which works out much cheaper than a personal training session.
Freedom
It’s not always feasible to come and train with me in person. If you train online, you don’t have to. You can lift at whatever time of day suits you and wherever you happen to live. Online coaching offers you the freedom to train however works best with your own schedule.
Programming
Programming can be confusing, especially with so much conflicting information out there, but there’s no guesswork required with me on your team. All work-set weights, sets, reps and exercise selections will be tailored to you and adapted to your personal level of strength.
Flexibility
Online coaching allows me to make swift adjustments to your programming: I can send you new lift variations, tutorials, articles and various other resources as needed. All these modifications can be made in a flash!
Accountability
Recording all your training and sending it directly to me – knowing that I will watch it, critique it and give you professional advice – will help motivate you and keep you accountable. Let’s get strong together!
